each petals & play piece is thoughtfully made in small batches and may feature slight variations in colour placement and finish.

if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at petalsandplay70@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

due to the handmade and custom nature of many pieces, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

if a refund or return is approved, items must be returned unused and in original condition.

shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.
